North 3rd Street Market

It’s been about a month since North 3rd Street Market opened its doors to the people of Williamsburg. Although it still remains in the soft opening phase, the food hall has brought some of the city’s most sought after, Instagram worthy eats right to us, filling the void of some far away places us L trainers soon won’t have the luxury of easily accessing. But with roughly 20 vendors serving up delicious eats across a wide variety of cuisines, it can be easy to feel indecisive and overwhelmed. Instead, go in with a game plan by following the guide below, and get ready for what is sure to be an exciting culinary adventure.

Tapioca Shell Crepes at TAP NYC

They’re not regular crepes, they’re cool crepes. TAP’s tapioca shell crepes are here to take the guilt out of the grub. Not only are they gluten free (shout out, everyone), but they’re sodium-free, fat-free, and cholesterol-free, and still packed with delicious fillings. Choose from savory options like pesto mozzarella or mushroom and goat cheese, or end your meal with some sweet dessert options like Nutella or peanut butter.

Pierogies at Baba’s Pierogies

No one does anything better than Grandma. Especially pierogies. Baba’s Pierogies took their recipe from Baba herself, and added 8 different twists. From a classic potato filling to an exciting mac and cheese, each pierogi is stuffed with a delicious cheesy concoction. Baba’s puts a fun spin on an old classic, making it the Eastern European dumpling you never knew you needed.

Mookie at Dana’s Bakery

It’s a muffin, its a cookie, no- it’s a mookie! Sink your teeth into the soft and perfectly chewy hybrid sweet treat and enter heaven on earth. Seriously, the food hall is not the place to skip out on dessert, and Dana’s provides the perfect option for when you’ve finished crushing any of the yummy items on this list and beyond.

Pizza at Di Fara Pizza

Is it as good as it looks? It’s better, way better. Arguably New York’s best pizza, “deep in Brooklyn” Di Fara opened up shop right in our backyard, and is sure to shake up the local pizza scene. Serving up by the pie and slice until the dough supply runs out, you can get treated to Midwood’s legendary ‘za just by walking a few blocks. Ingredients are sourced right from Italy, and are cooked to make ya mouth water. Lucky us!

Lobster roll at Lobster Joint

Greenpoint’s own Lobster Joint is dishing out everyone’s favorite summer comfort food. With 3 different melt in your mouth options, you will immediately be transported seaside in Maine after just the first bite. Complete your meal with a fishy appetizer or a crunchy side dish like fries or chips, and be on vacation without even leaving the neighborhood.
