Fool's Gold Records Opens Williamsburg Store

Brooklyn retail has a new “gold” standard. Indie record label Fool’s Gold, whose artist roster includes Chromeo, Kid Cudi, and the Cool Kids, is opening up a new storefront in Williamsburg this Friday.

Based on the press release this store definitely sounds like it’s … worth its weight in gold (ok, that was pretty bad, but last one, we promise)!

The label outpost promises to be “equal parts vinyl mecca, gallery space and clothing boutique,” in addition to stocking some “rare finds from the FG archives.”

Celebrate the opening at 536 Metropolitan Avenue (between Union & Lorimer) Friday, June 24 with an in-store reception from 5-7PM hosted by founders DJs A-Track and Nick Catchdubs.
