Metroflea Williamsburg Vegan Market features amazing vegan food as well as vegan-friendly clothing, jewelry and cosmetics. Vendors from all around the tri-state area will exhibit their vegan wares weekly on a rotating basis.
James LaMorte, Owner, and Yoli Rapp, The Operations Manager and Space Curator, have gone to great lengths to curate the space with a VEGAN ONLY policy. “New York City needs a venue for vegan vendors to showcase their vast food offerings and vegan-friendly wares and what better place than Williamsburg, Brooklyn,” states James.
The hip neighborhood of Williamsburg draws the young and the fashionable to its chic boutiques, quaint cafes and buzzy restaurants. Street art brightens residential thoroughfares and repurposed factories. The neighborhood may have rents higher than Gramercy and more crowds than Soho, but it’s popular for a reason: The quaint streets are lined with inventive New York restaurants, rooftop bars and eclectic shops, and throngs of people flock there for flea markets and giant food bazaars all year long!
The market will be open weekly, Saturday and Sunday, outdoors in the heart of North Williamsburg…. weather permitting of course. With a weekly rotation of vendors each visit to the market will seem like your first. Not your ordinary farmers market. We will have an array of vegan friendly goods and food from vendors such as Gordon’s Gourmet, Kahoy Kollection & Butterfly Jewels.
Grand opening this weekend June 9th & 10th…See you there!!
