This morning a man crossing the street on Myrtle Avenue by Walworth Street found himself stuck as his leg plunged into a small sinkhole. From ABC7:
WILLIAMSBURG, Brooklyn (WABC) — A man had to be rescued after his leg got stuck in a sinkhole in the middle of a Brooklyn street Tuesday.
The incident happened just after 11 a.m. on Myrtle Avenue between Bedford Avenue and Nostrand Avenue in Williamsburg.
According to the FDNY, the man was just walking when his leg fell into the sinkhole.
Thankfully he was able to be rescued. Now we all have something to add to our list of daily NYC fears. Watch the video below:
