Bushwick Daily says:

high quality comfort food that pairs perfectly with booze including, melted ham and cheese bites served with house-made mustard; Buffalo-style wings; a ground brisket and beef short rib burger stuffed with sharp New York cheddar cheese on a sesame bun served with hand cut fries and house-made pickles; two flavors of hummus–olive and sun-dried tomato and tahini-based lemon and zucchini; a kale salad for the more health-conscious made with an almond-curry dressing, apples, rye berries, dried sour cherries and carrots and lastly, homemade ice cream sandwiches with alcohol flavored ice cream.

The beverage program at Kings County Saloon is the antithesis of “mixology,” offering deals such as a can of Busch beer and a well shot for $5 all day long. However, the more advanced drinker may also find an impressive selection of high-end whiskeys and craft beers. Some ample whiskey options include: Woodford Reserve, Basil Hayden, Colonel E.H. Taylor Single Barrel and Kings County Whiskey made by Kings County Distillery, the bar’s neighbor. Craft beer selections include: Heavy Seas Loose Cannon IPA, Alagash Black Stout, Allagash White Ale, Lagunitas Pilsner and Brooklyn Lager. A specialty drink is featured each season, such as the Summer 2000 Flushes cocktail–a blue, rum-based drink served in a giant fishbowl and garnished with a Swedish fish, which is designed for two but often enjoyed by one.
