After opening Union Ave hot spot Lilia last year, Chef Missy Robbins will open a 4,00 square foot restaurant in the new $3 Billion dollar 325 Kent building at the former Domino Sugar Refinery site. From NY Post:
Meanwhile, we’ve learned, celebrated chef Missy Robbins will launch a new restaurant there next year. Robbins, who earned Michelin stars at Manhattan’s now-closed A Voce, also owns and operates another Williamsburg eatery, the thriving Lilia, not far away.
The not-yet-named new Domino restaurant will have about 4,000 square feet. There’s no word yet on what kind of food it will serve.
The restaurant does not yet have a name so based on the building’s shape I suggest “Donut hole”, “The Big Zero” or “O-Town.”
