Iron Reagan drop new song, set for Acheron throwdown on Tuesday

Iron-Reagan-Tyrrany-of-WillHappy Thursday, metallic hordes and reviling masses. With summer in full heat and the weekend gleaming brightly in the nightrain headlights, my guess is your itching from something new to feast your carnivorous ears upon. Something heavy, fast, and fucking rad, right? Well, enter Texas Thrash/Punk/Hardcore heathens Iron Reagan and the first song of their upcoming Relapse debut, titled (like your dad’s autobiography) “Miserable Failure”.

It froths like a rabid junkyard Doberman and should get you more than ready to slam your body (and a few beers) off the walls of a poorly ventilated warehouse space somewhere in deep Brooklyn come Tuesday night, when the pseudo supergroup (featuring members Municipal Waste, Darkest Hour, Cannabis Corpse, and Mammoth Grinder—who hit Studio at Webster Hall and Saint Vitus later this month) take The Acheron stage in support of Southern sludgelords Eyehategod. Tickets are $25 and, somehow, still available.

Iron Reagan’s The Tyranny of Will is out 9/16 via Relapse Records.
