And just like that, another month is over. Time sure does fly when you’re eating solid food and partaking in alcohol again! Sober January was a time for introspection, but it was February which fostered appreciation. Sometimes you need to take a break from indulgences to understand their unique role in your life. I’m still erring on the side of healthy eating and minimal drinking, but now when I have that cup of Prosecco, I really savor it. When I have my red meat, I’m opting for three ounces of grass-fed goodness. We could all use a lesson in moderation.
There is one staple I didn’t cut out of my life, and that’s music. February brought some really great shows to NYC, and March is looking dope as well. You don’t have to deprive yourself of dancing. It’s healthy and always in style! Determine the right “get down” dosage with this week’s Club Crush picks.
