I’m almost there! It’s the last week of my annual cleanse, and I can happily report that dry January 2018 has been surprisingly dope. Then again, I’d hardly call my month dry with the amount of smoothies and broths I’ve slurped down. Sure, I miss chewing, but this was a small sacrifice to make considering all of the other benefits I gained from my time on the CLEAN Program. My skin is clear, the bags under my eyes are gone, I learned recipes for 8 new soups, I discovered that Output sells Perrier in a can and I didn’t require a nap before heading out to Brooklyn Steel for a bass show last Friday (a rare occurrence!) This exercise in self-control has been more than worth it.
What did you accomplish this month? We all set resolutions at the beginning of the year. Now is a good time to check back in and reward yourself for all of your hard work!
